My journey with China began in 2005, when I arrived in Shanghai with a suitcase and a dream: to dive deep into the worlds of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. What started as a few months of study turned into a life's journey spanning two decades. Over the years, the alleys of Shanghai have become home, and the rich Chinese culture has become an inseparable part of my DNA.

Over the last twenty years, I've had the privilege of traversing China's length and breadth—not just as a traveler, but as someone who lives and breathes the local reality. I've built deep connections with locals, listened to stories that don't appear in guidebooks, and learned to know the 'Real China': that fascinating intersection between ancient traditions and a dizzying modern pace.
